Right of Use

Lindos Art Gallery does not permit the use of its images for commercial or personal use.
Visitors may not copy, print or use any material without our written consent.
Our images are displayed with a copyright watermark in order to protect them against illegal use on the internet.
The items do not have this watermark in reality. Customers will receive their items in their original state ie:without the watermark logo.
Kindly note that your purchase from the Lindos Art Gallery does not include any permission to reproduce the artwork.
The copyrights remain the property of the artist or the Lindos Art Gallery.

Payment

Accepted method of payments are
Credit and debit cards.These include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, Discover and Masterpass.
Paypal: You will be securely directed to Paypal’s site where payment can be made.
Bank Deposit: IBAN (bank) deposit in Euro funds.

Security

All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Alpha e-Commerce” of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

Shipping

We ship worldwide from Lindos, Rhodes, Greece.
Lindos Art Gallery packages all items securely and ships via registered airmail.
Our Customers are always guaranteed to receive their packages.
Packages are shipped within 2-3 working days upon receipt of payment.
Customers can expect to receive their purchases within 7-21 working days depending upon their location.

Returns

Lindos Art Gallery accepts returns only if the item received is not as described. Please contact within 14 days so we can assess the situation.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping cost unless agreed otherwise by the Lindos Art Gallery.
The buyer must return the item in its original condition and pack it securely to avoid damage during transport.
Due to their nature, handmade items cannot be returned. These include paintings, jewelry and hand made art.
